Our coaching sessions, facilitate client learning by assessment, discovery, reflection, discussion and goal setting. Treasure Associates offers a confidential coaching program for professionals and managers. These interactive sessions promote skill development while providing encouragement and accountability. We provide coaching sessions incorporating many of the concepts from our seminars.
With the client, we choose the areas that are of the highest importance and create a detailed plan for the coaching context. Coaching is appropriate for individuals who accept feedback well, are willing to change behavior and/or think about issues in a new context. Coaching is effective if the client is willing to grow and if there is a discrepancy between where they are now and where they want to be.
The benefits of coaching is that it helps to improve morale, develop accountability, improve communication, maximize training and to retain talent.
